I do not set "run in logged-on users security context" on this GPP. I have also followed another article that recommends changing this reg key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID. I have ran a Get-AppxPackage -Name Microsoft.OneDriveSync command and I could see an entry for OneDrive, so I ran a command to remove it.
